Our 200 hour Yoga certification schedule is strictly based on yogic principles, a training starts with a morning practice at early sunrise. It is the best time of the day to experience the power of asana, pranayama and sadhna / meditation. There is a short break for breakfast and a healthy food is served for you to get well nourished for rest of the day. The schedule follows with a lecture and some yoga practice. Lunch is served during the mid day time with yogic and Ayurveda foods. There is a meditation / chanting class in the afternoon. A dinner and thereof rest and relax for the next morning.
